Visit Broken Arrow is providing Uber ride vouchers to overnight hotel guests to two exciting destinations in our city: The Rose District & New Orleans Square. These complimentary rides to and from these destinations refresh daily for the length of their hotel stay. See below a step-by-step process on how to utilize this program.

Click on the link provided by Visit Broken Arrow and hotel.
The link will take you to a form that must be filled out before receiving your voucher.

Step 3
The voucher will appear in your wallet.
You also can view voucher details in your Uber app by
selecting the Menu bar, tapping Wallet, scrolling down and tapping Vouchers.

Step 2
Add voucher to your account.
Once you’ve entered your destination during an eligible time frame the voucher will automatically appear on the ride request screen, directly above the “Choose…” button.

Voucher will be applied when requesting a trip.
Vouchers will only work when travelling to and from designated hotels and the defined destinationsl.

Frequently asked questions
Once you’ve claimed a voucher, make sure to add a form of payment and use your personal profile in
the Uber app when using a voucher. Note that vouchers do not cover tips for the driver partners.
After I’ve claimed my voucher, how can I view it in the app?
You can see it in the Uber wallet and on the trip confirmation screen.
I can’t see the voucher in the Uber wallet. Did I successfully claim it?
If you’ve successfully claimed the voucher, it should show up in the Uber wallet and in the fare
breakdown. If you don’t see it there, then restart the app. If you continue to experience issues, please
contact our support team.
I’ve claimed my voucher but it’s still not showing up at checkout. How can I use it?
After claiming the voucher, restart the Uber app to redeem it. We also recommend that you have the
latest app installed.
Will my voucher still apply if I change my trip destination after requesting the trip?
If the trip still meets the voucher parameters, the voucher will apply. If not, the voucher will be removed.
Only available at participating Broken Arrow hotels for paid overnight guests. Complimentary rides will only be redeemed when traveling to or from the Rose District and New Orleans Square areas. Only available for Uber transportation service.

USER AGREEMENT, WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE FOR RIDESHARE
The services provided by the City of Broken Arrow are subject to the following terms and conditions of this agreement. By using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read the terms and conditions carefully as it contains releases, waivers and disclaimers that limit your legal rights and remedies. By using this service, you agree that except to the extent any loss or damage is determined to be caused SOLELY by the City of Broken Arrow gross negligence or willful misconduct that neither the City of Broken Arrow nor its officers, directors, employees, agents or trustees shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special exemplary, punitive or consequential damages arising out of the use of the services provided herein. The City of Broken Arrow makes no warranty, express or implied, as to any matter involved with the services herein provided. You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Uber Rideshare service is at your sole risk.

In exchange for the City providing access for you to use the Uber Rideshare service, you agree to fully release, indemnify and hold harmless the City of Broken Arrow and its employees, directors, managers, officers, agents, council and trustees from liability for all claims arising out of the use of services. Claims shall mean any and all claims (both tort and contractual), injuries, demands, liabilities, causes of action or proceedings. The venue for any action resulting in the use of any of the services offered herein shall be Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

Further, by using this service, you agree you will not give any false information to use the service; violate any city, state, federal or tribal law; interfere with or disrupt the ride service or their employees, post any libelous, abusive, profane or sexually explicit comments about the service, use or infringe on any copyright or ‘marks’ owned or used by the City of Broken Arrow; sublease or order the service for anyone other than yourself.
