Select Restore House to be the preferred venue for your next gathering. This amazing 1910 historic Victorian home has been Restored and transformed into a fabulous locale for events of all sizes. Also, the House features a spectacular open air pavilion built from reclaimed barn beams dating back to the early 1900's. This is the only structure of its kind in the area! Visitors Bureau assistance is available to all conventions, meetings and seminars conducted within Broken Arrow using a minimum of 5 hotel rooms. The staff at the bureau is eager to assist you with any of your planning needs. We want your meeting or event to be a great success.

•Site Inspection Arrangements - Upon request, escorted tours of appropriate hotels and meeting facilities.
•Support for Site Selection - Assistance in developing a strong presentation to persuade decision makers to choose Broken Arrow for your event.
•Official Welcome - Arranging for community leaders to welcome your group and/or appear at certain events.
•Publicity - Upon request, the Bureau will prepare and send targeted news releases on your behalf to generate awareness of your event and organization.
•Visitor Packets - We respectfully request 15- days’ notice if you are requesting your visitor bags. Complimentary visitor bags will be given to those groups who book a minimum of five hotel room nights.
•Welcome letters - Upon request, the Broken Arrow CVB can provide a welcome letter for your special event signed by our Mayor and/or elected officials.
