CVB Grant Application

Process



The Broken Arrow Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) has established a Community Enhancement Grant utilizing funding that has been earmarked for marketing of events exhibiting positive tourism potential to the Broken Arrow area. The goal of the Community Enhancement Grant would be to assist in the start-up of events that the BACVB believe have the potential to grow substantially within three years. The Community Enhancement Grant will be awarded on an individual case basis. Please note that the BACVB will not be the sole source of funding for any event. It is expected that the event organizer has also secured additional funding for the event.

NOTE

: Special Event Permit Application must be completed prior to submitting your grant application to the CVB.

Grant Application - Applicants must be seeking to produce and promote a well-defined tourism-oriented festival and/or event in Broken Arrow. A copy of liability insurance will need to be included in application. A complete application does not guarantee funding. Applications MUST be received no later than 90 days prior to the first day of your event.

**Please also submit a completed W9 Form and detailed event budget with your grant application.

 The Post Event Summary Form and Hotel Tracking Form (if applicable) is due no later than 60 days after the final day of your event. Failure to submit this summary on time will jeopardize your organization's ability to receive future BACVB grants.
